Huge, chunky, earrings are an essential item for Summer. They are romantic in a very sultry way and can be your one statement making piece in an otherwise mute outfit. Kenneth Lane's 22 carat plated earrings are worth the price because they can be transitioned into the A/W seasons. The great thing about both these pieces is that they both have the teardrop shape which works with all face shapes and is very flattering. An alternative are Forever21's Adorned Rhinestone Earrings. They are available at a phenomenal price, so even if you misplace one, you won't kill yourself over it.
As a side note, if you ever misplace one earring(chandeliers work best), you can do what I do and use a little crazy glue to make it into a statement necklace! I will post an instructional post in the near future!
